What size lineset do I need for my mini-split or AC?
Start with the equipment. Line size is equipment-specific, so check the nameplate and install manual for what your unit calls for. We supply sizes including 1/4″ x 3/8″, 1/4″ x 1/2″ and 3/8″ x 5/8″ in 25 ft pre-insulated twin copper.

How do I measure for the right lineset length?
Run a tape along the actual path the lineset will take, from the indoor head to the outdoor unit, following every bend and drop. Then add a few extra feet for the service loop and the connections at each end.
Our linesets are 25 ft. If your run is longer than that, don’t stretch it, give us a call and we’ll talk through your options.
What’s the insulation like on these linesets?
They’re pre-insulated twin copper, both lines in one white jacket, with 1/2-inch insulation, 25 feet long. The white jacket looks clean on the side of a house. Full details are on the lineset spec sheet.
Will these work with my refrigerant?
Check the spec sheet before you order. It lists the pressure ratings and compatibility details. Refrigerant rules have changed a few times now, so don’t go by memory on this one. If you’re not sure, call us at 587-437-0483 and we’ll check it against what you’re installing.
Do you deliver, or do I pick up?
Both. Our warehouse is in Calgary and pickup is by confirmed arrangement, just call or email first so your order is ready at the counter. Delivery across Alberta is available too, with timing and fees confirmed on your quote. The full rundown is on our Calgary pickup and delivery page.
What does the warranty cover?
Eligible products carry a 2-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. To make a claim you’ll need your invoice info and PO details, and you have to get return authorization from us before sending anything back.
It doesn’t cover products that were altered, misused, neglected, or installed wrong. Full terms are in the spec sheet and under warranty information in our resources section.
How does contractor pricing work?
Everything is quoted. Send us your sizes and quantities and we’ll come back with contractor pricing and a stock confirmation. We don’t put list prices on the website because pricing moves, and we’d rather give you a real number than a stale one. If you order steady, ask us about a Pro account.
What’s a Pro account and how do I get one?
It’s for contractors, installers and builders who buy on a regular basis, with priority quoting and ordering support. We don’t have automatic Pro account sign-up on the site yet, so email info@corelinehvac.ca or call 587-437-0483 with your company details and we’ll set it up directly.
Is there a minimum order?
We don’t publish one. Whether you need a single lineset or a skid of them, send the list and we’ll quote it. Bigger and repeat orders can qualify for volume pricing, see our bulk orders page for how that works.
Do you sell to homeowners?
We’re a wholesale supplier, so we work with contractors, installers and builders. Homeowners, talk to your installer, they can order through us.
What accessories do you carry?
Wall mounts, white lineset covers, and related install supplies. The lineup is still growing, so call to confirm what’s on the shelf today. Have a look at our installation accessories page.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out the quote form, email info@corelinehvac.ca, or call 587-437-0483. Tell us the sizes, the quantities, and when you need it. We’ll confirm stock, pricing, and pickup or delivery.
